Treatment Eligibility
At Glow Lash and Brow Studio, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our clients. To ensure the best experience and minimise any risks, we do not perform treatment on clients who:

Are under the age of 18.

Are pregnant or lactating.

Have had surgery on their eyes, head, or face within the last 12 months.

Have contagious conditions.
-
Have medical condition(s) that would render treatment unsuitable.
Arrivals
Arriving on time (or a few minutes early) keeps everything running smoothly and ensures you get the full benefit of your service.
Payments, Cancellations & Appointment Policies
At Glow Lash and Brow Studio, we value our clients' time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for both clients and our business, we have the following policies in place:

Deposit Requirement: All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment for any reason or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited. This helps compensate for lost appointment slots that could have been offered to other clients.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance without losing their deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in forfeiting the deposit.

Late Arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Thereafter, your booking will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds
Please note that under no circumstances do we offer refunds or partial refunds for any services or deposits. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the highest level of service to all clients.
Reactions
If you experience any adverse reactions, please notify us promptly and seek immediate medical attention from a qualified medical practitioner. We are not liable for any medical expenses, and by proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible for any such reactions.
